Studio/1-bedroom (up to 800 sq ft): $2,750

2-bedroom homes and larger: Custom pricing required

 

For 2+ bedroom homes, I provide custom quotes after an in-home assessment because every move is different. Pricing depends on:

• Total square footage

• Amount of belongings

• Level of decluttering needed

• Complexity of the new space

 

Typical pricing for larger homes:

• 2-bedroom (800-1,200 sq ft): Starting at $4,200

• 3-bedroom (1,200-1,800 sq ft): Starting at $6,300

• 4+ bedrooms: Custom quote

 

The best way to get accurate pricing is to schedule the $100 consultation (applied to your package if you book). I'll assess both your current and new homes, and provide a detailed quote based on your specific situation.

Phase 1 - Preparing Your Current Home:

• Initial in-home consultation - I assess what you have and what needs to happen

• Decluttering session - We go room by room deciding what's worth moving

• Organized packing - Everything you're keeping gets packed with our clear labeling system

• Donation/disposal - I coordinate getting unwanted items out of your home

• Optional: I can coordinate with movers and supervise loading day

 

Phase 2 - Planning Your New Home:

• Consultation at your new home (virtual or in-person)

• I create 2-3 layout options showing optimal furniture placement

• You choose your favorite layout

• I provide furniture dimensions and a shopping list if you need new pieces

 

Phase 3 - Setting Up Your New Home:

• Professional movers deliver your belongings (you coordinate directly with them)

• We unpack every box according to the layout plan

• We arrange furniture in the optimal configuration

• We create organizing systems in every room

• Final walkthrough - your home is completely done and functional

The Complete Move Package typically takes 2-3 weeks from start to finish, depending on your move date and schedule. Here's a typical timeline:

• Week 1: Initial consultation + decluttering and packing at your current home

• Week 2: Your moving day + new home layout planning

• Week 3: Unpacking and organizing at your new home

 

We'll create a detailed timeline during your initial consultation based on your specific move date.

Consultation required: A $100 in-home consultation is required before booking the Complete Move Package. I need to see both your current home and your new home to provide accurate pricing and timeline. This fee is applied toward your package when you book.

 

Add-ons available:

• Professional Staging: $425 (for listing photos at your old home - requires Kari's availability)

• Mover coordination: $150 (I get quotes, book movers, supervise loading/unloading)

• Extended support: Additional hours at $85/hour per person if needed
