At Your Current Home (6 hours with my assistant):

This package is designed for typical downsizing scenarios - moving from a 3-4 bedroom house to a 1-2 bedroom apartment, condo, or smaller home (up to 1,200 sq ft in your new space).

 

Current home: The 6 hours of decluttering covers 3-4 main living areas. If your current home is very large (4+ bedrooms, 2,500+ sq ft) or heavily cluttered, additional hours may be needed at $110/hour with my assistant.

 

New home: The 10 hours of unpacking is designed for homes up to 1,200 sq ft. Larger new homes will require additional hours.

For larger or more complex moves, I'll provide a custom quote after assessing both spaces during the initial consultation.

what happens

Phase 1 - At Your Current Home: We start at your current home, working through your belongings with compassion and practicality. My assistant and I guide you through the 'keep, donate, sell, or toss' process for each room, helping you focus on what truly matters in your next chapter. We're not here to pressure you - we're here to support your decisions and handle the physical work.

 

Phase 2 - Planning Your New Space: Before you move, I design your new layout so you know exactly where furniture will go and what will fit. You'll have measurements, floor plans, and a clear vision before moving day arrives.

 

Phase 3 - At Your New Home: On moving day (or shortly after), my assistant and I unpack and organize everything according to the plan. We arrange furniture, set up organizing systems, and make your new home completely functional. You walk in and the most important parts are done - kitchen ready, closets organized, and everything in its place.

This package typically takes 2-3 weeks from start to finish:

  • Week 1: Initial consultation + decluttering at current home

  • Week 2: Design work for new home (happens while you're coordinating movers)

  • Week 3: Your move + unpacking and organizing at new home

 

We'll create a detailed timeline during your initial consultation based on your specific move date.

Then what

You're completely settled and can immediately start enjoying your new home! No boxes lingering for months, no feeling overwhelmed, no wondering where things should go.

 

If you need additional support:

  • Extra hours: $110/hour with my assistant (for additional rooms or tweaking systems)

  • Professional styling: $425 (My design assistant Kari adds art and décor placement for a polished, complete look - requires her availability)

  • Extra donation runs: $75 per trip beyond what's included

  • Post-move maintenance visit: $200 for 2 hours (I come back 2-4 weeks later to tweak systems and make adjustments)
