Quick unpack - $495 (5.5 hours)

Best for: DIY people who just need help with the most important rooms so they can function right away

What I do:

• Brief consultation to understand your priorities (30 min)

• Unpack and organize 1-2 high-priority rooms (usually kitchen + master bedroom)

• Set up basic organizing systems

• Provide a shopping list for any additional products you might need

What you get: Your most essential rooms unpacked and functional so you can cook, sleep, and get ready for your day. The boxes that stress you out most are handled, and you can tackle the rest at your own pace.

guided unpack - Includes professional assistant

Best for: Most people - you want your main living areas completely set up so your home feels functional and comfortable

What we do:

• In-home consultation to plan the setup (1 hour)

• Unpack and organize 3-4 main rooms:

  • Kitchen (fully organized with functional systems)

  • Bedrooms (clothes put away, closets organized)

  • Bathrooms (products organized and accessible)

  • Living room (books, décor, media set up)

• Create organizing systems tailored to each space

• Product recommendations and shopping help if needed

• Box removal coordination

What you get: About 80% of your home unpacked and beautifully organized. Your daily living spaces feel settled and functional. Guest rooms, home offices, and storage areas are left for you to finish at your own pace.

Pricing by home size:

• Studio/1-bedroom (up to 800 sq ft): $800 (8 hours)

• 2-bedroom (800-1,200 sq ft): $950 (11 hours)

• 3-bedroom (1,200-1,800 sq ft): $1,425 (16-17 hours)

• 4+ bedrooms: Custom quote (starting at $1,900)

full service - Includes professional assistant

Best for: Busy people, executives, or anyone who wants to walk into a completely finished home

What we do:

• In-home consultation to understand your lifestyle and preferences (1 hour)

• Unpack your ENTIRE home - every box, every room

• Create custom organizing systems for every space (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, office, storage areas)

• Optional: Product shopping (I buy organizing supplies with your approval)

• Put everything away so your home is completely functional

• Box removal and trash coordination

• Final walkthrough where I show you how all the systems work

What you get: Walk into a fully organized, functional home that feels like you've lived there for months. Everything has a logical place, the systems are intuitive and easy to maintain, and your home looks beautiful. You can start enjoying your new space immediately instead of living out of boxes for weeks.

Pricing by home size:

• Studio/1-bedroom (up to 800 sq ft): $1,400 (14-15 hours)

• 2-bedroom (800-1,200 sq ft): $1,650 (17-19 hours)

• 3-bedroom (1,200-1,800 sq ft): $2,475 (28-30 hours)

• 4+ bedrooms: Custom quote (starting at $3,300)

Important note: This package does not include unloading the moving truck - professional movers handle that. We begin work after your belongings are delivered and focus on unpacking, organizing, and making your new house feel like home.

​Moving in Details:

Consultation: For local clients, a $100 in-home consultation (1 hour) is recommended before booking. I'll assess your new space, confirm which package tier fits your home, and provide accurate timing. This fee is applied toward your package if you book.

Virtual consultation available: If you're moving from out of state, we can do a virtual consultation before you arrive. Send photos and video of your new space, and we'll plan the setup in advance so we can hit the ground running on move-in day.

Add-ons available:

• Product shopping: $50/hour (I buy organizing supplies, storage solutions, décor, etc. with your approval)

• Donation runs: $75 per trip (if you need to get rid of things after unpacking)

• Post-move maintenance visit: $200 for 2 hours (I come back 2-4 weeks later to tweak systems and make adjustments)

• Professional styling: $425 (My design assistant Kari arranges furniture and places art/décor - requires her availability)

If we go over time: With your approval, additional hours are billed at $75/hour for Quick Unpack, or $110/hour for Guided Unpack and Full-Service Move In (which includes both me and my assistant). I'll check in with you as we approach the package time limit so there are no surprises.
