Quick unpack - $495 (5.5 hours)
Best for: DIY people who just need help with the most important rooms so they can function right away
What I do:

Best for: Most people - you want your main living areas completely set up so your home feels functional and comfortable

Best for: Busy people, executives, or anyone who wants to walk into a completely finished home

Final walkthrough where I show you how all the systems work
What you get: Walk into a fully organized, functional home that feels like you've lived there for months. Everything has a logical place, the systems are intuitive and easy to maintain, and your home looks beautiful. You can start enjoying your new space immediately instead of living out of boxes for weeks.

Important note: This package does not include unloading the moving truck - professional movers handle that. We begin work after your belongings are delivered and focus on unpacking, organizing, and making your new house feel like home.

​Moving in Details:
Consultation: For local clients, a $100 in-home consultation (1 hour) is recommended before booking. I'll assess your new space, confirm which package tier fits your home, and provide accurate timing. This fee is applied toward your package if you book.

Virtual consultation available: If you're moving from out of state, we can do a virtual consultation before you arrive. Send photos and video of your new space, and we'll plan the setup in advance so we can hit the ground running on move-in day.
Add-ons available:

Product shopping: $50/hour (I buy organizing supplies, storage solutions, décor, etc. with your approval)

Donation runs: $75 per trip (if you need to get rid of things after unpacking)

Post-move maintenance visit: $200 for 2 hours (I come back 2-4 weeks later to tweak systems and make adjustments)

Professional styling: $425 (My design assistant Kari arranges furniture and places art/décor - requires her availability)
If we go over time: With your approval, additional hours are billed at $75/hour for Quick Unpack, or $110/hour for Guided Unpack and Full-Service Move In (which includes both me and my assistant). I'll check in with you as we approach the package time limit so there are no surprises.
