What I do:

• Declutter your main high-traffic areas (living room, kitchen, master bedroom)

• Help you make keep/donate/sell decisions

• Drop off donations for you

• Provide a staging checklist for listing photos if you're selling

What you get: Your main living areas decluttered and ready to photograph or pack. The heavy decision-making is done, and you're set up to finish the rest yourself or move to the next step.

Best for: People who want thorough decluttering throughout their entire home with hands-on support

• Work through your entire home together, decluttering room by room

• Help you make decisions about what to keep, donate, or toss

• Organize everything you're keeping by category for easier packing later

• Create an organized inventory system

• Coordinate donation pickups and disposal

 

What you get: Your whole home decluttered with everything you're keeping sorted and ready to pack efficiently. We work side-by-side through the emotionally tough parts, and you'll have a clear plan for the next phase of your move.

 

Pricing by home size:

• Studio/1-bedroom (up to 800 sq ft): $750 (6 hours)

• 2-bedroom (800-1,200 sq ft): $900 (8 hours)

• 3-bedroom (1,200-1,800 sq ft): $1,350 (12 hours)

• 4+ bedrooms: Custom quote (starting at $1,800)

Best for: Busy people who want us to handle the packing while they focus on other moving logistics

 

What we do:

• Help you make final keep/donate decisions for any remaining items

• Pack everything you're keeping using our organized labeling system

• Label every box clearly by room and category so unpacking is easy

• Protect fragile items with proper wrapping

• Create a complete inventory list

• Coordinate all donations and disposal

• Optional: Supervise movers on moving day

 

What you get: Everything packed professionally and ready for the movers to load. You make the decisions about what goes where, and we handle all the physical packing work. Walk away knowing your belongings are organized, protected, and ready for your new home.

Pricing by home size:

• Studio/1-bedroom (up to 800 sq ft): $1,200 (12 hours)

• 2-bedroom (800-1,200 sq ft): $1,400 (15-16 hours)

• 3-bedroom (1,200-1,800 sq ft): $2,100 (24 hours)

• 4+ bedrooms: Custom quote (starting at $2,800)

 

Important note: This package does not include loading the moving truck - professional movers handle that. We focus on the decluttering, organizing, and packing that happens before moving day.

Consultation: $100 in-home consultation (1 hour) required before booking Moving Out packages. I'll assess how much you have, what needs decluttering, estimate timeline, and provide accurate pricing. This fee is applied toward your package if you book.

 

Add-ons available:

• Professional Staging: $425 (My design assistant Kari places art and décor for listing photos - requires her availability)

• Mover coordination: $150 (I get quotes from movers, book them, and supervise loading day)

• Extra donation runs: $75 per trip beyond what's included

• Storage unit organization: $85/hour

 

If we go over time: With your approval, additional hours are billed at $75/hour for Quick Prep, or $110/hour for Guided Prep and Full-Service Move Out (which includes both me and my assistant). I'll check in with you as we approach the package time limit so there are no surprises.
