One digital floor plan/layout in SketchUp:

• Shows optimal furniture placement designed specifically for your space

• Includes measurements and dimensions for all furniture pieces needed

• Professional 3D visualization so you can see exactly how it will look

• Delivered within 3-5 business days after our consultation

Shopping guidance:

• Exact dimensions for all furniture pieces you'll need

• Specifications (like "low-profile sofa 78-84" long, under 32" back height")

• General recommendations for where to shop based on your budget

Follow-up email:

• Layout guide with tips for executing the design yourself

• Answers to any questions that came up after our call

Important note: The accuracy of your floor plan depends on the measurements you provide. I'll guide you through what to measure, but you're responsible for taking accurate measurements of your space.

It's fast and virtual: No need to schedule an in-person visit or wait for me to come to you. We can do everything via video call, and you'll have your design in less than a week.

You know what you want: If you're pretty clear on your style and needs, you don't need to compare multiple layouts - you just need the optimal solution. Layout Quickstart gives you exactly that.

You're confident with measurements: You're comfortable taking measurements yourself (I'll guide you through it), so you don't need me to come in person.
