Before You Move:

• Pre-move consultation (virtual or in-person) to understand your needs, lifestyle, and how you'll use the space

• Custom layout design showing optimal furniture placement, traffic flow, and function

• Digital floor plans with measurements so you know exactly where everything goes

• Shopping guidance with exact furniture dimensions and specifications for pieces you'll need

• You purchase furniture before moving day based on my recommendations

 

After You Move (10 hours with my assistant):

• Complete unpacking and organizing of your main living areas

• Furniture arrangement according to your chosen layout - no guesswork, everything goes in the right spot

• Full organizing systems implemented in kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas

• Donation coordination for items you decide not to keep (includes one drop-off run)

• Box breakdown and removal coordination

This package is designed for studios, 1-bedroom, or small 2-bedroom homes (up to 1,200 sq ft).

 

For larger homes (3+ bedrooms or 1,200+ sq ft), the 10 hours of unpacking may not be sufficient to complete the entire home. I'll provide a custom quote after assessing your space - typically adding 5-8 additional hours with my assistant.

Phase 1 - Before Your Move: We meet (virtually or in-person) to discuss your vision, needs, and lifestyle. I create custom layouts for your new space showing exactly where furniture should go for optimal function and flow. You receive measurements and shopping guidance so you know what to purchase before moving day.

 

Phase 2 - Moving Day: Your movers deliver your belongings (you coordinate directly with them).

 

Phase 3 - Setting Up Your New Home: My assistant and I arrive after the movers leave. We unpack everything according to the plan - furniture goes in the right spots, items are organized logically in kitchens and closets, systems are set up for easy maintenance. We work efficiently so your home is functional fast.

Pre-move: Design work happens 1-2 weeks before your move date (gives you time to purchase any needed furniture)

 

Move day + 1-2 days: Unpacking and organizing happens on or shortly after moving day

 

Total timeline: 2-3 weeks from initial consultation to completely settled home.

You're completely settled and ready to enjoy your new home from day one! Everything has a place, systems are intuitive, and you can start living in your space immediately instead of spending weeks unpacking.

 

If you need additional support:

• Extra hours: $110/hour with my assistant (for additional rooms or spaces beyond the main living areas)

• Professional styling: $425 (My design assistant Kari adds art and décor placement for a polished, magazine-ready look - requires her availability)

• Extra donation runs: $75 per trip beyond what's included

• Post-move maintenance visit: $200 for 2 hours (I come back 2-4 weeks later to tweak systems)
